William T. Evans & Associates is a real estate service organization specializing in real estate appraisal, with a concentration in residential real estate since 1975.  We offer a full spectrum of appraisal products for a wide range of uses.

The company President and CEO is Bill Evans.  Bill is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and has been active in the Houston real estate community since 1973.

In addition to real estate appraisal, Bill has a general real estate background including brokerage, development, site acquisition, ad valorum tax representation and municipal utility district administration.  This level of experience and body of knowledge of real estate is not often found in the typical appraisal practice.

All of our appraiser associates are state certified professionals, each with in excess of 10 years of appraisal experience.  Everyone at the company is dedicated to fulfilling our Mission Statement.
